Fulfilment and Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Our partner pharmacies process your order within 5-7 business days.

Shipping is free via Australia Post.


Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number for use on the Australia Post website.


Postage Information

Orders are sent via Australia Post and require signature on delivery.

If you're not available to sign, a card will be left with collection instructions, typically from your local Auspost shop.


Missing Parcels

In case of delays or lost parcels, Australia Post investigations may take up to three months. We'll work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Charges

Our products are available on an automatically renewing subscription basis. Payments are billed at intervals specified during checkout until your treatment plan is complete or cancelled. All prices include GST and shipping.


Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime by:

  1. Logging into your Prescription Skin account
  2. Emailing info@prescriptionskin.com.au

Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries, subject to our Order Refunds policy below.


Order Refunds

Because our products are custom-compounded prescription medications, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

We also cannot refund orders that have already been compounded by our partner pharmacy or dispatched for delivery.


The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before your subscription's processing date. If you cancel before this time, your next payment will not be charged.


Refunds after the cutoff may be possible if:

  1. Our pharmacy is unable to fulfil your order
  2. There is a product or pricing error on our end
  3. A product arrives faulty or damaged


Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.


Returns

We don't accept returns due to strict pharmaceutical handling requirements.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact info@prescriptionskin.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
