Tell us about your skin history - skin type, sun exposure, skin conditions, and current routine. We also ask about your goals, for example, clearing acne, softening fine lines or fading pigment.
One of our doctors will review your history
Your Prescription Skin doctor will call you for your initial consultation and work with you to design your custom prescription skincare formula.
We create a unique prescription skincare formula for you
Once your doctor approves the formula, it is sent to our partner compounding pharmacy in Australia to be made fresh for you.
We send you your prescription skincare
As soon as your bottle is ready it is packed and sent via express post to your door. Most people receive their Prescription Skin order within about one week from purchase.
Ingredients we use in prescription skincare
Our customised Prescription Skin formulations use clinically proven, prescription-grade ingredients tailored to your skin. Depending on your concerns, your doctor may prescribe:
• Retinoids such as tretinoin or tazarotene for acne, skin texture and fine lines
• Niacinamide to help with redness, barrier support and uneven tone
• Hyaluronic acid for hydration without heaviness
• Vitamin C for brightening and collagen support
• Azelaic acid for acne, rosacea and pigment
• Hydroquinone in selected cases for stubborn hyperpigmentation
Your doctor selects and adjusts these actives in your prescription skincare based on your skin condition, previous treatments and how sensitive your skin is.
