One of our Doctors reviews your information
Based on your questionnaire, our doctors will prepare a custom prescription skincare formula for you. Sometimes we may contact you to organise a consultation.
We create the unique formula for you
Once your prescription skincare formula has been finalised, it will be sent to our laboratory for production. This step generally only takes 24 hours and means no waste.
We send you your furmula
As soon as your order has been prepared it will be express posted directly to your door. The whole process takes about one week. We will also follow up in 2 months' time.
What ingredients do we use
Tretinoin and Tazarotene are both prescription-only retinoids. Tazarotene is a third-generation Vitamin A analogue that has been shown to be more effective at treating acne papules and blackheads, compared with tretinoin. Tretinoin is the most bioactive form of Vitamin A and tends to have a similar anti-ageing benefit to Tazarotene. However, studies have shown that Tretinoin is slightly better tolerated. Your doctor will therefore determine the best option for you based on the condition, whether you have used retinoids before and how sensitive your skin is.
