If you choose to proceed, book a video consultation with your prescriber. After your consultation, if clinically appropriate, your prescriber issues a prescription for a compounded formula tailored to your skin. The formula is compounded by an Australian pharmacy and shipped to your door.
No referral is needed. You can start with a free skin assessment and book a consultation directly with your prescriber if you choose to proceed.
No. Your subscription auto-renews every 2 months but you can pause for up to 3 months or cancel at any time with no penalties. Your prescriber remains available for formula adjustments whether you pause or continue.
The initial consultation fee is included in your first order. Follow-up consultations to review and adjust your formula are available as needed. Your prescriber is accessible throughout your treatment.
You can manage your subscription through your patient portal or by emailing our support team. Changes take effect before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
Prescription formulations contain active ingredients at concentrations that are not available over the counter. They are compounded specifically for your skin by a pharmacy, combining multiple actives in a single formula. This targeted approach addresses the specific mechanisms driving your skin condition rather than providing a general-purpose treatment.
Your prescriber selects your formula based on your individual sensitivity profile. Concentrations can be adjusted to minimise irritation, and specific formulations are available for patients with reactive or sensitive skin. Your prescriber will discuss this during your consultation.
In most cases, yes. Your prescriber may recommend simplifying your routine during the initial adjustment period and reintroducing products gradually. Specific guidance will be provided during your consultation based on your current routine.
Some formulations are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while others are not. Your prescriber will discuss this during your consultation and select an appropriate formula if treatment is clinically appropriate during this period.

Each bottle is designed to last approximately 2 to 3 months with daily use, depending on the area being treated and the amount applied. Your subscription is timed to ensure you receive a fresh bottle before running out.
We deliver to all Australian addresses via express post. We are working toward expanding to the United States.
After your prescription is issued, your formula is compounded fresh and typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping usually takes 1 to 2 additional business days.
Shipping is free for all Australian orders.
Because each formula is compounded specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on compounded products. If you experience issues with your formula, contact your prescriber — formula adjustments are available.
Your photos are stored encrypted on Australian servers and reviewed only by the AI analysis system and your assessing practitioner. They are never used for marketing, advertising, or AI training. If you do not proceed to a consultation within six months, your photos are automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Most assessment reports are reviewed and sent within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready.
Yes. The skin assessment is completely free with no obligation. You receive a personalised clinical report reviewed by a registered medical practitioner. There is no payment required at any stage of the assessment process.
