How it works

Work together with an AHPRA-registered doctor to create a custom prescription skincare formula for your skin concerns. As your skin changes, we adjust your treatment so it evolves with you.

1. Subscribe or try a one-off

Sign up for your custom prescription skincare with our 2-monthly subscription to keep your routine consistent — or make a one-off purchase if you'd like to try it before you commit to a subscription.

2. Online questionnaire

Tell us about your skin history—skin type, sun exposure, conditions and current skincare—plus your goals. You’ll then be scheduled for a brief phone consultation to finalise your prescription.

3. Consultation with doctor

Before your formula is finalised, we arrange a brief phone consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor. Your clinician confirms suitability, discusses options & safety, and prescribes your customised skincare formula.

4. Compounding and Delivery

Your prescription is compounded fresh and express posted Australia-wide. The whole process usually takes about one week. We follow up at the two-month mark to check progress.
